Reviews and makes recommendations regarding the Association’s Conflict of Interest Disclosure Policy and Code of Ethics. It also addresses other relevant policies and procedures as requested by the Board to ensure high ethical standards for AMIA, its leadership, and its general membership. Additionally, the Committee may evaluate and recommend actions resulting from allegations of unethical conduct by AMIA leaders or members and respond to questions regarding ethical behaviors and decisions, as requested by the Board. The Association provides the Committee with the necessary resources to discharge its duties and responsibilities.
