I am a healthcare IT leader and Product Engagement Director with over 19 years of experience advancing digital transformation across payer and provider ecosystems. Currently serving in a strategic role within healthcare IT delivery, I focus on developing scalable, AI-enabled solutions to streamline health insurance operations, automate claims processing, and drive interoperability across complex health systems.
My expertise spans enterprise data strategy, health plan analytics, and clinical integration, with a strong emphasis on applying artificial intelligence and machine learning to optimize payer-side workflows. I have led end-to-end delivery of major healthcare technology initiatives aimed at improving cost efficiency, administrative simplification, and outcomes-based care.
As an active contributor to the informatics community, I serve as a peer reviewer for the AMIA Annual Symposium and other national forums, supporting academic and applied research in health IT. My current research interests include explainable AI in disease prediction and management, and the modernization of payer operations through data science and digital health innovation. I am passionate about bridging the gap between clinical insight and technical implementation to enable meaningful, system-level change in healthcare.
