AMIA Now Events
Included with AMIA conference registration for Full Members. Attend the Amplify Informatics Conference or the Annual Symposium, and you can watch that event’s sessions on demand afterward at no additional cost. Requires AMIA Full Membership.

AMIA Health Informatics Certified ProfessionalsTM (ACHIPsTM) can earn 1 professional development unit (PDU) per hour of AMIA Now content viewed. ACHIPsTM may use the AHICTM Recertification Log to report completed AMIA Now activities for AHICTM Recertification.

To claim credit for recordings you have viewed on AMIA Now, follow these steps:
Complete Viewing
Watch all of the on-demand recordings you would like to receive credit for in AMIA Now. You claim credit once per subscription.
Access Video Watch Time
Click “Credit” on the top navigation menu
Select the year corresponding to the hours viewed, 1 hour = 1 credit hour.
Review Watched Content
The next screen will display:
A transcript of all videos you have watched
The total maximum credits available for those recordings
Claim Credit
Select the “Claim Credit” button located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
You will be redirected to the AMIA Educational Center.
Complete the Evaluation
Submit the required evaluation survey to finalize your credit claim.
Enter Credits
In the AMIA Educational Center, enter the total number of credits corresponding to the recordings you watched.
Access Your Certificate
After claiming your credit, you will be able to download your certificate as a PDF to save or print.
Credits may be claimed on a rolling basis and can be updated at any time during your active subscription period.
A maximum of 100 credits is available for this Enduring Material.
CME: AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™
CNE: Nursing Continuing Professional Development contact hours
Learners should only claim the amount of credit that reflects their actual participation.
Successful completion of this Enduring Material requires:
Viewing the selected on-demand recordings.
