Public Biography
Sristi Sharma, M.D, M.P.H, ACIF's Co-Chair of Marketing and Social Media, is a 2nd year clinical informatics fellow at UCSF. A board-certified Preventive Medicine physician, she provides STD/HIV care to high-risk populations and is passionate about using technology and data to improve access to care.
During her fellowship, Sristi is focused on enterprise-level strategies to leverage clinical informatics for population health improvement, with a particular interest in data governance, evidence-based data use, and scalable digital health solutions.
Sristi is deeply passionate about media. She has worked with ABC Network’s Medical Unit during her residency and continues to serve as an occasional on-camera medical expert for ABC10 (Sacramento). She also leverages social media to encourage physicians to address misinformation by participating in digital conversations with patients and communities.
