Amplify Informatics Conference Registration
Registration opens in November.
Registration fees for full members, non-members, and students cover all events except for designated affiliate events and selected special events. Please note the AMIA Conferencing Policies for Public Health and Safety.
Registrants must have an AMIA account prior to registering. If you do not have an existing AMIA account, please create one before registering.

Member rates apply to anyone who has a full AMIA membership for 2026.
Speaker
Important: As noted during the submission process, all accepted presenters are required to register for the conference.
If you are presenting at the c, the speaker rate will be automatically applied during the registration process, there is not a separate link.
Speaker rates apply to primary authors of all Amplify Informatics Conference accepted oral presentations, systems demonstrations, posters. These rates also apply to all panel and workshop presenters. Speaker rates do not apply to secondary authors. The speaker rate will not apply to the daily registration rate.
Student/Trainee
Student/Trainee rates are available to AMIA Student/Trainee Members only. Learn more about how to become an AMIA Member.
Payment
Online registration allows for individual payment via credit card or digital wallet. If your organization prefers to pay by check please mail to PO Box 412989, Boston, MA 02241-2989. For ACH and wire instructions please contact the Meetings Team or call 301-657-1291.
Updating Your Registration
To update your registration, please log into your AMIA portal. Once logged in, click on the My Account tab located in the top right corner. After accessing your profile, select Event Registration from the same top right corner. Follow the steps to choose Amplify Informatics Conference and manage your registration. Once available, you can add workshops, industry partner sessions, etc.
Note: To remove an event from your registration, please contact the meetings team.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a conference registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately. Cancellation and refund requests must be received by AMIA in writing (send request to the AMIA Meetings Department).
- By April 7, 2026: Full refund minus $75 processing fee.
- April 8 through April 28, 2026: 50% refund.
- After April 28, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
Non-Transfer of Paid Registration Policy
AMIA has a Non-Transfer Policy in which paid registrations are non-transferable to another person or to another AMIA meeting.
Special Accommodations
Accommodations can be made for a variety of needs (breastfeeding, dietary, visual, hearing, mobility). Please contact the AMIA Meetings Team as early as possible to discuss your needs.
Conference Policies
AMIA requires all attendees and staff to adhere to certain policies regarding anti-harassment, public health and safety, and specific policies regarding terms of registration.
