Member Rates
Member rates apply to anyone who has a full AMIA membership for 2025.
Speaker Rates
Important: As noted during the submission process, all accepted presenters are required to register for the conference.
If you are presenting at the Informatics Summit, the speaker rate will be automatically applied during the registration process, there is not a separate link.
Speaker rates apply to primary authors of all Informatics Summit accepted oral presentations, systems demonstrations, posters. These rates also apply to all panel and workshop presenters. Speaker rates do not apply to secondary authors. The speaker rate will not apply to the daily registration rate.
Student Rates
Student rates are for full-time students. They do not apply to part-time students. All students MUST present proof of student status including both a photocopy of a current, valid student ID plus a letter from the university/college registrar’s office verifying current full-time enrollment in a degree or post-doctoral program at the time of the AMIA 2025 Informatics Summit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a conference registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately. Cancellation and refund requests must be received by AMIA in writing (send request to the AMIA Meetings Team).
- Before January 24, 2025: Full refund minus $75 processing fee.
- January 25 - February 18, 2025: 50% refund.
- After February 17, 2025: No refunds will be issued.
Payment
Online registration allows for individual payment via credit card, electronic check, and digital wallet. If your organization prefers to pay by check please mail to PO Box 412989, Boston, MA 02241-2989. For ACH and wire instructions please contact the Meetings Team or call 301-657-1291.
Non-Transfer of Paid Registration Policy
AMIA has a Non-Transfer Policy in which paid registrations are non-transferable to another person or to another AMIA meeting.
Special Accommodations
Accommodations can be made for a variety of needs (breastfeeding, dietary, visual, hearing, mobility). Please contact the AMIA Meetings Team as early as possible to discuss your needs.
Conference Policies
AMIA requires all attendees and staff to adhere to certain policies regarding anti-harassment, public health and safety, and specific policies regarding terms of registration.
