Nomination of Special Guests
Submit by October 15, 2026
The Scientific Program Committee (SPC) realizes that expertise and experience in this topic area is not limited to ACMI fellows. In the past, ACMI has invited a select number of non-fellows to attend the ACMI retreat, both to contribute expertise to the discussions and to create collaboration opportunities.
This year we are inviting fellows who plan to attend the retreat to nominate individuals to attend the retreat as special guests. These could be individuals with unique expertise that is not represented in ACMI. Fellows proposing case studies or success stories may wish to invite their community partner.
The SPC will select invitees from those nominated. Nomination does not guarantee attendance. Special guests who are selected for attendance but who cannot afford to attend may be eligible for scholarships. However, to control the cost of the meeting for fellows, the number of scholarships will be extremely limited and will be funded from sponsorship funds.
Information for Special Guest Nomination:
- Name of individual and affiliation

- Area of special expertise
- Attached CV or bio (if available)
- Associated presentation submission (if any)
- Has the individual confirmed availability if invited?
- Anticipated attendance (one day or full meeting)
- Will the individual require an ACMI scholarship to attend? (yes/ no)
