ACMI’s Symposium is open to all Fellows of ACMI (American College of Medical Informatics) . The Symposium is a four-day event held in a retreat-like atmosphere to enhance collaboration among the Fellows on important current informatics topics.

Hotel Information

At the hotel’s discretion the AMIA rate will be offered 3 days before and 3 days after the block room rates based on availability

Reservation deadline: January 14, 2024. Any room reservations made after this date are subject to the hotel’s current available rate

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a conference registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately. Cancellation and refund requests must be received by AMIA in writing (send request to the AMIA Meetings Team).

  • Before January 2, 2024: Full refund minus $75 processing fee.
  • January 3 – January 22, 2023: 50% percent refund.
  • After January 22: No refunds will be issued.

Non-Transfer Policy

Paid registrations are non-transferable to another person or to another AMIA meeting.
