To demonstrate the potential for a centrally managed health information exchange standardized to a common data model (HIE-CDM) to facilitate semantic data flow needed to support a learning health system (LHS).

Social support (SS) and social isolation (SI) are social determinants of health (SDOH) associated with psychiatric outcomes. We previously validated a digital quality measure (dQM) of emergency presentation (EP) of lung cancer in 2 US health systems.
