AMIA Joins DRRC in Opposing OMB Grant Rule

AMIA joined the Disability and Rehabilitation Research Coalition (DRRC) in urging Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to withdraw or substantially revise proposed federal grants guidance. The coalition warns the rule could politicize merit-based funding, expand termination authority, restrict scientific dissemination and collaboration, and increase administrative burdens; undermining stable, independent research that improves health and disability outcomes.
