ONC Releases USCDI v7
ONC released USCDI v7, adding 30 data elements and substantially revising one. The updated standard includes data related to adverse events, referrals, appointments, medication administration, nutrition, devices, accommodations, and insurance coverage. ONC states that the additions are intended to support standardized exchange of electronic health information across healthcare settings.
