The Fireside Chat Series is a joint venture between American Medical Informatics Association’s (AMIA) Student Working Group and the Academic Forum. The series features conversations between informatics trainees and their colleagues in different stages of their careers. Together, the participants uncover the many paths into biomedical and health informatics, from first steps and training pivots, career successes and challenges, to networking, mentorship, and lessons learned along the way.
