Public Biography
After obtaining an undergraduate degree in physics and completing medical school in Mississippi, I moved to Birmingham, Alabama where I completed internal medicine residency at UAB and obtained a Master of Science in Health Administration. While there, I became interested in how technology can be used to improve the quality of our healthcare system while reducing costs and physician burnout. I recently began pursuing a fellowship in clinical informatics and obtaining a Master of Science in Applied Clinical Informatics at Vanderbilt. My current interests involve population health and predictive analytics.
