Public Biography
I'm a physician executive and IT innovator at the CDC, where I’ve spent over 20 years working at the intersection of technology, public health, and healthcare delivery.

I specialize in translating innovation into real-world public health impact—guiding modernization efforts that span AI, interoperability, and health IT strategy.

Alongside my federal leadership role, I’m a practicing clinician in addiction medicine and a passionate advocate for lifestyle-based approaches to health. I believe in meeting people where they are—whether through thoughtful innovation at the population level or one-on-one clinical care.

I'm also an educator, public speaker, and bridge-builder across disciplines.
