If you are chosen to be a volunteer and previously registered for the conference, after the meeting concludes, you will receive a refund of your registration fee.

Should you not completely fulfill your volunteer duties, you will be invoiced the early bird student member registration rate at the conclusion of the conference (fee of $510).

You will be notified before any action is taken. If you have not been selected for the Student Volunteer Program, you will be able to register at the early-bird student member rate.

Please note: while every attempt will be made to accommodate your choices of sessions to monitor, we cannot guarantee it. A member of the Meetings Team will contact volunteers to finalize arrangements.
