Stephon Proctor, PhD, MBI, ABPP

Dr. Stephon Proctor is an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and Clinical Director of EHR Platform and Innovation at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Penn State University, an M.S. in Biomedical Informatics from the University of Pennsylvania, and is board-certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). Dr. Proctor serves as Chair of Epic Systems Corporation's Behavioral Health Steering Committee and is an AMIA Certified Health Informatics Professional (ACHIP). His expertise spans pediatric behavioral health, clinical informatics, and AI-driven healthcare solutions, with a focus on optimizing EHR workflows and reducing provider burden. He has presented nationally on topics ranging from behavioral health informatics to AI implementation in healthcare settings and has published work on clinical decision support systems and AI-powered patient messaging solutions.
