A seasoned U.S. Air Force public health leader with over 20 years of service, Steph Harley is a global health practitioner, digital transformation strategist, and informaticist. As the Digital Transformation and Data Modernization Lead for the Pima County Health Department and a Doctor of Public Health candidate, she is committed to making high-quality, high-value data accessible to drive meaningful intervention and effective decision-making.
