Public Biography
As a physician informaticist and executive, I bring over two decades of experience in clinical medicine, healthcare administration, and health information technology to drive meaningful transformation in healthcare delivery. I specialize in implementing cloud-based solutions, optimizing clinical workflows, and using data to improve outcomes and scale impact across complex systems.
My foundation in clinical operations enables me to bridge the gap between strategy and execution — ensuring that informatics solutions are not only technically sound, but also operationally practical, sustainable, and aligned with the realities of frontline care delivery.
Most recently, while at Oracle Health, I played a lead role in developing and executing the data-driven sustainment strategy for VA sites live on the Millennium platform. I worked in close partnership with senior informatics leaders across the Department of Veterans Affairs — including stakeholders guiding national transformation and governance — to ensure the EHR delivered real value to frontline clinicians and supported the broader mission of the Electronic Health Record Modernization initiative.
In my current role with the Office of Clinical Informatics, I support enterprise-level initiatives that advance the VA’s mission to deliver safe, effective, and Veteran-centered care. These efforts sit at the intersection of clinical insight, systems thinking, and informatics strategy — a space where deep medical knowledge is essential to understanding downstream impact and designing sustainable change.
I’m passionate about aligning people, processes, and technology to enable high-performing teams and deliver tangible improvements in care delivery. Throughout my career, I’ve contributed to initiatives that improved outcomes, increased efficiency, and empowered those on the front lines of care.
