Public Biography
Dr. Chen is a Professor of Biostatistics, Biomedical Informatics, and Ophthalmology and Visual Science at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She serves as the Vice Chair of Education at the Department of Biostatistics. Her research spans both novel statistical and impactful biomedical research, focusing on missing data, survival analysis, Bayesian methods, and the use of electronic health records (EHRs) and multimodal data resources for precision medicine. Recently, she has been actively involved in the All of Us Research Program, contributing her expertise to advance precision medicine initiatives.
