Public Biography
Dr. Ye is a senior data scientist in the US Oncology Network at McKesson. She also holds an Adjunct appointment at South Dakota State University. Her past positions include research scientist at Avera Health and Department of Defense, and assistant professor at Washington State University. Dr. Ye received PhD from the University of Michigan and did Postdoctoral training at Johns Hopkins University.

Dr. Ye has published ~50 articles in peer-reviewed journals: https://scholar.google.com/citations?hl=en&user=J8pRAo0AAAAJ. She has reviewed for many journals and funding agencies. Dr. Ye has received funding from NIH and March of Dimes as a principal investigator. She was a standing member of an NIH Study Section for 6 years and served as the Secretary of Society for Mathematical Biology for 3 years. Currently, she is the Vice Chair of the Genomics and Translational Bioinformatics Working Group at AMIA.
