Historic ACMI Biography
Dr. Neil Smalheiser is a major contributor to text mining and bioinformatics research, with over 30 years in translational research in neuroscience. He developed Arrowsmith, a suite of free, public, informatics tools that are designed to accelerate scientific discovery and collaboration. He has leadership roles in ACM, AMIA, and ASIST.
