Dr. Krauthammer has made seminal contributions to cancer informatics research (molecular classification of melanoma), biomedical text mining (pathway data), image mining (publication figures), and computational inferencing (reasoning across large Omics datasets using Semantic Web technology). He received large NIH grants, published high-impact papers (Nature Genetics, PNAS), and is NLM biomedical informatics training grant co-director (Yale).
