Dr. Lu de Souza is a Vice President and Executive Medical Officer at Oracle Health & Life Sciences. Working at the intersection of healthcare, research, and technology, she supports health organizations in their digital health IT journey, including bridging the gaps between clinical research and clinical care. Lu is passionate about advancing clinical research through the use of Real World Data, empowering providers to bring research into everyday care, and the overall impact technology and innovations can have on healthcare quality and delivery.
