Historic ACMI Biography
Dr. Lemuel "Russ" Waitman is a senior leader in biomedical informatics whose current focus is establishing national networks for general research, building on his past expertise in provider order entry and adverse event surveillance. He is PI of the Great Plains Collaborative Clinical Research Network in PCORnet.
