Dr. Weber accelerated adoption of expert discovery websites through his ìProfilesî software; created the user interface to i2b2; developed the first SHRINE federated clinical data research network; invented metrics the NIH uses to track translational science; and published highly cited articles on data completeness and biases in EHRs.
