Dr. Frank Naeymi-Rad is the co-founder of Intelligent Medical Objects, Inc. (IMO Health) and serves as the Chairman of Leap of Faith Technologies, Inc. He has played a pivotal role in establishing IMO as the leading terminology vendor for electronic health records (EHRs), which are now utilized by approximately 85% of all physicians and nurses.
In addition to founding IMO, Dr. Naeymi-Rad has authored over 50 scientific publications and holds 11 patents related to EHRs and health informatics. His entrepreneurial spirit has shaped a new vision for medical informatics, focusing on codified semantics and natural language processing. This vision aims to eliminate isolated information repositories, allowing both patients and healthcare providers to better utilize health information.
His leadership in clinical informatics earned him a nomination for the Oracle Corporation Smithsonian Award in the category of Medicine.
