Public Biography
Fernanda Polubriaginof, MD, PhD is an experienced healthcare technology leader with expertise in clinical informatics, digital product management, and digital health innovation. She leads initiatives to expand hybrid and care-at-home models, using technology to improve access, outcomes, and research capabilities. She also oversees efforts in population health, value measurement, and clinical analytics. A physician-scientist, Fernanda is a co-investigator on large federal grants exploring the role of digital health in transforming care and has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications, including in Cell. She is recognized for translating research into real-world, scalable solutions that drive value and improve patient outcomes.
