Historic ACMI Biography
Dr. Kahn has more than 105 scientific publications. He created the first web-based hypertext radiology reference (CHORUS), the GoldMiner image search engine, and the Radiology Gamuts Ontology. He has served two terms as DICOM Standards Committee co-chair and is RSNA Radiology Informatics Committee incoming chair. He founded and co-directed an interdisciplinary biomedical informatics doctoral program.
