Public Biography
Amy Krefman is currently pursuing her PhD in Health and Biomedical Informatics at Northwestern University, advised by Theresa Walunas, PhD, FAMIA. Before her PhD, she received a B.A. in Art History from Dartmouth College and an M.S. in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Northwestern University.

Her current research interests revolve around improving the health research pipeline, specifically with improved data visualization, science communication, calculating and communicating uncertainty, and understanding the impact of analytic decisions.
