Dr. Abel Kho has pragmatically built electronic health record enabled data sharing networks and related tools, and demonstrated the utility of EHR derived data for genetic, epidemiologic, quality improvement and public health uses. He has published over 80 peer reviewed articles and is PI or Co-PI of several multi-institutional projects.

Data linkage is the art and science of identifying and bringing together data that arises from the same entity. The purpose of the Data Linkage Working Group is to bring together AMIA members, students, industry partners and interested practitioners to advance novel methods and applications of data linkage applied to health and biomedicine.
