Student/Trainee Membership: Your expected graduation or completion date must be in the future. AMIA reserves the right to request proof of your student status at any time.
Bulk Membership: Non-transferable and not retroactive. Refunds are not available for previous membership purchases. All memberships operate on a calendar year, from January 1 to December 31. Discounts apply solely to the specific member tier and cannot be combined with other membership tiers, discounts, or between institutions). All bulk membership inquires and purchases should go to [email protected].
AMIA’s memberships are calendar-year memberships. New memberships purchased prior to 11/1 will expire on 12/31 of the year they were purchased. If you intend to purchase a membership for activation in the following calendar year, please contact us before making payment and we will create a membership order for you.
