Student/Trainee Membership: Your expected graduation or completion date must be in the future. AMIA reserves the right to request proof of your student status at any time.

Bulk Membership: Non-transferable and not retroactive. Refunds are not available for previous membership purchases. All memberships operate on a calendar year, from January 1 to December 31. Discounts apply solely to the specific member tier and cannot be combined with other membership tiers, discounts, or between institutions). AMIA’s memberships are calendar-year memberships. New memberships purchased prior to 11/1 will expire on 12/31 of the year they were purchased.
