The Women in AMIA (WIA) Steering Committee and several AMIA leaders will host a Town Hall in relation to the recent AMIA statement, "AMIA Endorses ACMI Statement on Recent Supreme Court Ruling."
The purpose of this town hall is to foster a safe space for all members of AMIA who identify as women to ask questions of AMIA leaders, express concerns, and engage in mutually respectful and constructive dialogue regarding how AMIA could best support women informatics professionals on challenges and issues related to the U.S. Supreme Court Ruling, Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization.
