The clinical informatics fellowship program at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is designed to train the next generation of clinical informaticists to apply information technology toward advancing patient and employee safety, transforming patient care, and improving clinical outcomes. We are seeking trainees who will enrich the diversity of voices and perspectives in our local, regional and national informatics community. Trainees can expect rigorous training in clinical informatics alongside improvement science and research methodology and opportunities to apply their learnings as embedded members of operational, quality and information services team. Through these experiences and close, guided mentorship, trainees will be equipped to navigate across complex, comprehensive health systems to solve problems impacting child health with innovative and scalable solutions.
