Working Groups & Communities

AMIA membership includes participation in related working groups and communities including the Clinical Research Informatics Working Group.

Meetings & Events

Each year, AMIA hosts the Informatics Summit which serve as the primary forum to connect with leaders in the field of informatics who are advancing translational science at the nexus of bioinformatics and clinical research. The AMIA 2019 Informatics Summit is a meeting dedicated peer-reviewed science and practice in bioinformatics, clinical research, implementation and data science.

Education

AMIA offers virtual distance learning informatics training through 10x10 courses presented by university partners. More than 35,000 CE credits have been granted through the 10x10 program.
