The 25x5 Task Force invites health systems and clinical organizations to showcase their efforts to reduce documentation burden through our 25x5 featured webinar series.
We are seeking real-world, health system–led presentations that highlight pilot projects or interventions aimed at meaningfully reduce documentation burden for healthcare professionals.
Webinar Submission Criteria
To be considered, submissions must meet the following:
- Health Professional Led/Led by a Health System: Presentations must be delivered by healthcare professionals from a health delivery organization (e.g., hospital, clinic, or system). Note: Presentations led by industry will not be considered.
- Defined Pilot Scope: The webinar must describe a specific pilot or initiative, including its location and the size of the population involved.
- Formally Evaluated Projects: Projects must include evaluation metrics that assess impact (e.g., burden reduction, workflow improvement, health professional satisfaction, or time savings).
- Valuable Lesson Learned with Transferable Insights: Projects should demonstrate influence on outcome (positive or negative) and include actionable insights or lessons learned that other organizations could apply.
Webinar Format and Logistics
- Webinars are part of the 25x5 ongoing education and knowledge-sharing series.
- Sessions are 30 to 60 minutes in duration, including time for Q&A.
- Sessions are recorded and may be featured on the 25x5 website and in related communications.
