Peter leads AMIA’s Government Relations and Public Policy activities in achieving AMIA's mission, working with federal agencies and Congress to recognize AMIA as the preeminent source of biomedical and health informatics expertise, research and practice. He serves as a voice of informatics through communications and interactions with the federal government and other coalitions, groups and stakeholders.
