The Department of BioHealth Informatics at the Indiana University School of Informatics and Computing, Indianapolis, brings together expertise from biological and health sciences, and addresses the strong industrial demand for graduates with expertise in both bioinformatics and health informatics as well as health information administration.

Program Type: MS in Bioinformatics or Health Informatics; PhD and PhD Minor in Informatics with a Bioinformatics or a Health Informatics Specialization; Graduate Certificates in Clinical Informatics, in Informatics for Public Health Professionals, for Health Information Management and Exchange, and for Health Information Security, and in Health Information Systems Architecture; BS in Informatics and in Health Information Administration; five-year BS /MS; Undergraduate Certificates in Informatics and in Medical Coding; Undergraduate Minor in Informatics. A number of degrees and certificates are available entirely through distance education.
