Because all fellows are nominated and elected by existing fellows, it is not possible for an individual to apply for membership in the College. Election to fellowship recognizes the contribution of individuals in the science and application of biomedical and health informatics.
Qualifications of Fellows
Individuals that have demonstrated major contributions in biomedical and health informatics, have achieved national recognition in the field, and are committed to advancing the charitable, scientific, literary and educational purposes of ACMI are eligible for membership as a fellow.
